Team Member Sanda Timbal Hospitalized After Training Accident
Mission Viejo, CA – Team member Sanda Timbal had a bicycle accident avoiding a car during a training ride through Santiago Canyon approximately 3 weeks ago, and is still at Mission Hospital, room 104 recovering from her injuries. We don’t know all the circumstances surrounding the accident. She has suffered some head and face trauma and has undergone some reconstructive surgery. Her spirits seem good but she has been through a big ordeal with possibly months of recovery ahead of her.
Some of you may know that Sanda gave birth to a beautiful baby girl Sophia some 5 months ago or so. Sanda’s mom is visiting from Romania and helping with the family duties while Sanda is recovering.
