Order Process:

Step 1: Determine Sizing

We are happy to announce that our vendor for 2025 is Pedal Mafia. 

Specification Changes For 2025:

Again for 2025, Pedal Mafia’s top of the line PMCC bibs are now available to us. This bib is highly compressive and comes with a new pad that is additionally more compressive and form fitting. I think the best yet. BUT I highly suggest that you size-up one size. I normally wear a size small, but in PMCC bibs I wear a size medium. For new members, I have a limited number of bibs and jerseys to try on, so please email me directly for any questions or to set up a fit.

The new CORE jersey is built from the same material as late 2024. Note if you ordered late last year, you know the material.

COLORS

To clarify on the color of the bib/shorts, for 2025 we are using a Forest Green and Black. The bottom of both versions of the jersey are also the same Forest Green to transition perfectly to the bib/shorts.

All other specs remain the same. Finally, if you are unsure of the size, please add your height and weight to your order notes and the Pedal Mafia team will determine your proper size. Or you can contact me (Attn: Mike Okano).

 

Try On Clothing First

Clothing and fit are important, so we highly encourage members to visit the Mission Viejo Rock N Road location and try on the new fit kit before ordering. The Pedal Mafia Fit Kit is at the RocknRoad, Mission Viejo store until Tuesday afternoon, January 17th. You can also contact Mike Okano with your clothing questions.

IMPORTANT NOTES for ORDER #2:

  • IMPROVEMENTS!
    • Navy design long sleeve items now have the updated sleeve blue/red pattern (to match arm warmers).
    • Orange arm warmers get the chevron pattern and are color matched to the jersey cuff.
    • Straps and mesh for bibs will be color matched in black (no more white peekaboo!)
    • Core level Jerseys will be updated to the all-new 2023 new Core construction (huge upgrade) Fit and sizing is identical.
    • This second & final 2023 order will have slightly lower pricing, FOR THIS ORDER ONLY!
    • AND. . .  any 2023 team member who orders anything is eligible for a 50% discount on a 2023 Core Jersey (1 only) and a no-charge matching set of armwarmers!
  • If you are unsure of the size, please add your height and weight to your order notes and our team will determine your proper size.

Step 2: Place Your Order

Place your order on the Custom Pedal Mafia website by clicking on the link displayed at the bottom of this page and use the special password provided to access the Pedal Mafia clothing system.

  • You must place your order online by 11:59 pm on Sun, Mar 5th, 2025.
  • Once you know your sizing, proceed to order by clicking the link below. The link is only viewable for 2025 members after logging in. If you don’t have your 2025 membership yet, now would be a good time. Please renew/join first. Then return to this page to place your order.
  • No Refunds due to being a custom order! But, as always, Pedal Mafia is very accommodating.
  • Upgrade your membership level from BASIC to PRIME! For 2025, members with BASIC level membership receive a 10% discount on most items* at Rock N Road Cyclery. However, if you order a JERSEY and BIB/SHORTS we will upgrade your membership to PRIME, which increases your Rock N Road discount to 20% on most items*. Discount good for all of 2025!
