Two Golds, One Silver at 2011 SCNCA Road Race State Championships
BAKERSFIELD, CA – The SCNCA State Road Race Championships were held this past Saturday, and Team Simple Green/Bike Religion brought home two gold medals in the Masters category and a silver medal in the Elite category! On the women’s side, Linda Schnepf won the Women Master 55+ Road Race, while on the men’s side, Kenny Fuller once again demonstrated his dominance in the sport, crossing the finish line in first place in the Men Master 60+ Road Race.
In the Elite Championships, held the following morning, Ryan Early posted a 2nd place in the Men Cat 3 Road Race in an exciting finish where he was less than a wheel’s length from taking gold!
