NEWPORT BEACH, CA – According to the following article, the Newport Beach Police Department will be stepping up efforts to ticket cyclists who violate traffic laws this weekend (3/17) as well as next weekend (3/24). They call the increased patrol their “Bicycle Safety Operation.”
