Bike Safety Council Meeting: Tuesday October 9th @ 7pm

Newport Beach, CA –

“On October 9, 2012 at 7 pm the Newport Beach City Council will vote on a matching funds program. Councilwoman and former Team Simple Green/Bike Religion member, Leslie Daigle will propose that for every $1.00 we raise in funds the City will match $3.00, up to a matching limit of $450,000.  If we raise $150,000, the total available for our Bike Safety Improvement Fund will be $600,000. This is a fantastic opportunity to stretch your donation even farther, however we need a strong turnout at this meeting to make sure it happens.”
