Cycle Veloce’s annual fall club meeting will be held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at the Shimano Headquarters in Irvine, CA (see map below). Festivities begin at 5:00 pm.
All are welcome. Whether you have been a member for a dozen+ years or are interested in joining the club as a new member, come join us and enjoy an evening of fun and merriment. Learn what the club is all about and why it might be right for you. The event is free, and will include plenty of food & drink. There will also be a raffle where you have a chance at some pretty nice door prizes!
We encourage you to bring along any friends you know who may also be interested. We have lots of exciting news to share about what’s in store for the 2018 season!
Please RSVP
We do ask that you please take a moment to complete our short RSVP form so that we can get an accurate head count. It only takes a few moments and will help us to provide necessary seating, adequate free parking, and most importantly, enough food and drink to satisfy all who attend.
Thank you, and we look forward to seeing everyone!

Can Anyone Attend?
YES! All are welcome. In fact, we encourage prospective new members to attend. If you are someone who has thought about joining a cycling club but never did because you weren’t sure what they were all about, this club meeting is the perfect opportunity for you to get all your questions answered. Or maybe you’re tired of your current club and want something new. Perfect! And current club members can meet up with other members as well as find out what’s in store for 2018.
Do I Really Need to RSVP?
The only reason we are asking that everyone who plans on attending to please RSVP is so that we can get an accurate head count, which is extremely important. We want to ensure we have enough seating, parking availability, and most importantly, food and drink! So we ask that you take a moment and complete our online RSVP form. It’s really quite painless and will really help us out.
Where is Cycles Veloce Located?
Cycles Veloce is an Orange County based club. However, we have members scattered all over Southern California as well as several other states. You can also find us registered on the USA Cycling website.
How Long is the Event?
The annual team meeting will begin at 5:00 pm and typically runs until about 9:00 pm. You’ll have time to meet other club members, speak with various sponsors, and eat and drink. The official presentation portion will be relatively early. After that, it’s pretty free to socialize, speak with sponsors on various club deals, and fill up on food and drink.
