Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be conducting this year’s annual club meeting virtually rather than in person, using the ZOOM application.
It’s a new year and new start, let’s make the most of it!
Cycle Veloce’s annual fall club meeting will be held online on Thursday, November 12, 2020.
Virtual festivities begin at 6:30 pm PST.
All are welcome. Whether you have been a member for a dozen+ years or are interested in joining the club as a new member, come join us for this virtual event.

As always, the event is free. Enjoy food & drink in the comfort of your own residence! We will monitor the list of online attendees for a post-meeting raffle where you have a chance at some pretty nice “door prizes”!

Can Anyone Attend?
Anyone can attend without leaving the comfort of their own home or office since we’re doing it online this year. We encourage all riders of every level of skill to join us in our relentless pursuit of cycling perfection! If you are someone who has thought about joining a cycling club but never did because you weren’t sure what they were all about, this club meeting is the perfect opportunity to hear about all Cycles Veloce has to offer.
What is ZOOM?
ZOOM is a service providing a way to conduct a meeting online. Don’t worry, it’s FREE for users and you do not need to register an account with them. They have an app for smartphones, tablets, and computers, and if you use the latter you also have the option of simply using a web browser without needing to download any application, albeit with limited functionality. And if you want to simply listen in on the meeting without the need for video, phone numbers will be provided as well. Details will be sent to your email address when you RSVP.
Do I Really Need to RSVP?
Yes you do! When you RSVP, you will be sent an email with the ZOOM Link which is what you need to “join” the online meeting on the date of the event. The email will also provide you with information on how to use ZOOM for those of you who have not used it before.
How Long is the Event?
This year’s online virtual team meeting will begin at 6:30 pm PST and should last about an hour. You’ll have time to see other club members (via ZOOM) and see the presentation from our president as well as various sponsors.
Where is Cycles Veloce Located?
Cycles Veloce is an Orange County based club. However, we have members all over Southern California as well as several other states. You can also find us registered on the USA Cycling website.
