Club Member Night at Full Psycle – Thu Sep 26th
Attention all 2013 Cycles Veloce Club Members:
Bike Religion will be holding an information night and spin class at the very new and very popular FULL PSYCLE.
This new studio has the latest state of the art spin bikes connected to a large screen that show Power, Heart rate, speed, cadence, etc. The whole class can see everyone else and it is a great interactive training session. Shelly Scott is one of the Founders and has invited us to test out the new facility. Shelly will be leading us in a 45 minute class.
Here are the details:
TIME: 7.30pm for orientation and set up.
DATE: Thursday September 26th
LOCATION: 230 E 17th Street, #100, Cost Mesa, CA, 92627 (Google Map)
LIMIT OF 35 PEOPLE.
BRING THE FOLLOWING:
- Cycling gear and shoes.
- Pedals are Look Delta or shimano SPD compatible. They do have shoes to borrow or bring your own pedals.
- It is a complimentary class.
- There will be some ongoing discounts for those that choose to return for more.
There will be some great prizes awarded on the night!
