NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Join us on New Years Day at Bike Religion in Newport Beach, as we ride north on PCH and join up with the annual New Years Day ride that originates in Long Beach every year.
DETAILS: We will be joining up with the traditional New Years Day ride that originates in Long Beach every year and cruises south down PCH, picking up riders along the way, expanding into a colorful pack of 400 or so riders. The ride starts off slow and friendly and increases speed near Huntington Beach.
WHERE: We will be leaving Bike Religion in Newport Beach (do not go to Long Beach).
WHEN: Group will be leaving the Bike Religion parking lot at 7:30 am.
ROUTE: We will head north on PCH until we hit the group coming from Long Beach, then turn and head south on PCH down to Dana Point. There is an option to return along PCH North to the store, or others in the group continue inland for some extra miles before heading back to the coast and past the store.
